I took my midterm this morning for my Humanities class. I love that class. I am so glad that I am taking it at this point in my life and not when I was 19. I would definitely not have appreciated it so much. I have loved every assignment and everything we study. In reviewing my notes for the midterm, I came across this quote by Blaise Pascal:
"In difficult times you should always carry something beautiful in your mind."
I just love that! It was a great reminder for me.
