One Month Old

Baby Girl had her one month well child checkup last week as well. She is growing very well. She weighed in at 10 pounds 6.5 ounces and 22.5" long. That's 90th percentile for height!  I think she is going to be tall!  She has acid reflux, so the doc prescribed her Zantac. We have seen improvement already, though she still spits up a LOT!  But the doctor said the medicine would not help with spitting up, just help her feel better. She also has thrush, so we are taking medicine for that!  I've never had these things with any of the other kids.  It is all new!  I also asked about the mark other neck. It is a birthmark, called a stork bite. She also has ones on her eyelids called angel kisses. Those will fade, though, she told me. The stork bite won't, but will be covered with her hair.
She is such a sweet little girl. She has smiled at us a few times and it is just so precious!  We are so blessed!
